Freda’s Watercolors from the Cotswolds and the Luberon
These beautiful watercolors of the Cotswolds and the Luberon have brightened our spirits this year!
Freda from North Carolina has been traveling in Europe for more than thirty years. After retiring from her career in information technology and then losing her husband, she joined us for her first European Experiences trip in 2017: The Cotswolds Experience. In 2019 she joined us for Return to the Cotswolds and The Luberon Walking Week. We look forward to seeing her back in Provence for The Luberon Experience.
An accomplished gardener, Freda turned part of her focus to painting a few years ago and has taken several classes. She enjoys taking photographs during her travels and then using some of her favorite photos as the inspiration for her watercolors. Since she wasn’t able to travel in 2020, she had more time for painting and could re-live her travels.
Freda doesn’t sell her paintings– though we think she could! She paints for her own pleasure and to share her work with friends. We’re so honored she shared a couple of the paintings here with us.
We love Freda’s watercolors from her Cotswolds and Luberon trips… and we hope you do too!
